I really enjoyed watching Kristin grow in her role and take on more responsibility as our company grew. I hired Kristin as a Marketing Coordinator where she started off doing various LSM activities for one restaurant. She helped increase our sales and brand awareness while in this position. I quickly identified that Kristin had the drive and skill sets to take on additional responsibilities, so I promoted her to Regional Marketing Specialist. While in this new role, Kristin was an integral part of our company growth as she put together and executed grand opening marketing plans for our new restaurants we opened in Charleston. She helped raise brand awareness through cold calls, business visits, setting up radio buy and local events. She did an outstanding job of networking and helping us get involved in our local communities.
Kristin hired and developed Marketing Interns for each of our four locations who she worked with side by side providing leadership and direction on daily and weekly basis to help us achieve our store level sales goals. Kristin is a real people person and is passionate about being the best at whatever she sets out to accomplish. Kristin is very organized and detail oriented. She was a real asset to our company and she will be greatly missed.
